Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional. You will conduct client interviews, prepare complete tax returns, and drive client growth while leveraging the support of expert staff.

This role requires CPA/EA credentials or enrollment, accounting experience, and the ability to work with virtual tools and varied tax scenarios. Franchise office pays hourly with strong training and opportunity to advance in tax services.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support; audit representation for Circular 230 levels where applicable
