H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to interview clients (in person or virtually), prepare tax returns, and drive client growth while offering additional products and services.

The role supports IRS-related issues and requires collaboration with a team. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field, and CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, with 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (Audit representation possible for certain certifications)
• Mentor and support teammates
