H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax situations with confidence.

You will prepare accurate returns, uncover savings opportunities, and build lasting client relationships using leading training and technology. This in-person role offers a competitive hourly rate and an incentive plan to reward your impact as you grow your tax expertise and serve clients.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping including individual and business returns
• Strong client-facing, consultative, or advisory experience
• Clear verbal and written communication; able to explain tax concepts simply
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education and licensure requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with complex situations
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications
• Identify tax savings opportunities and suggest relevant H&R Block products
• Provide IRS notice support, audit guidance, and tax notice resolution as needed
• Collaborate with coworkers and contribute to a positive, client-focused office
