This in-person role emphasizes building trusted client relationships, identifying tax savings opportunities, providing IRS support, and collaborating with a friendly team in a local office.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles.
• Must meet IRS/state requirements and have a HS diploma.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance.
• Collaborate with team members in a client-focused office environment.
