Job summary

Jackson Hewitt at Walmart is seeking a Seasonal Tax Manager/Preparer to assist clients in a high-energy, in-store setting. You will conduct one-on-one tax interviews, answer walk-in questions, and proactively engage with customers and employees while learning tax preparation through training.

You will work with a team yet enjoy independence, supported by experienced leadership and a robust training program, with opportunities to grow within the seasonal role.

Responsibilities

• Work within one of our Walmart kiosk locations
• Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees
• Complete tax preparation training, and demonstrate a willingness to learn
• Utilize basic computer skills
• Be supported by exceptional leadership and knowledgeable tax preparers, ensuring you're never alone
• Experience the best of both worlds: the camaraderie of a team, combined with the autonomy of working independently
