Job summary

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Tax Manager/Preparer to work at a Walmart kiosk. You will interview clients one-on-one, answer questions from walk-ins, and proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees while delivering tax services.

Responsibilities

Work within one of our Walmart kiosk locations
Assist clients via one-on-one tax interviews and answer questions from walk-ins
Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees
Complete tax preparation training, and demonstrate a willingness to learn
Utilize basic computer skills
Be supported by exceptional leadership and knowledgeable tax preparers, ensuring you're never alone
