This role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office, with pay that reflects a competitive hourly rate and growth potential. No prior tax experience is required to start, as training and support begin on day one while

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a service-oriented environment with customers or clients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Ability to use digital tools and AI-based systems as needed.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities
