H&R Block is recruiting a seasonal Tax Associate to meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training and support. No prior tax experience is required, and you will earn a competitive hourly rate while building tax knowledge with experienced teammates.

This role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office, offering opportunities to learn, grow, and develop valuable client-service skills during peak season.

Competenze

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or client interaction in a service environment.
• Clear communication and active listening to understand needs.
• Problem solving and ability to organize information.
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based assistants.
