H&R Block in Caldwell, ID is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to join our in-person office. You'll meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.

No prior tax experience required. You’ll learn on the job, earn a competitive hourly rate, and have opportunities to increase earnings as you build tax knowledge. Availability includes evenings and weekends during tax season.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information and identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools including Copilot and ChatGPT.
