No prior tax experience required; you’ll learn and grow in a collaborative, client-focused environment while earning a competitive hourly rate. Some evenings/weekends may be required during peak season.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing or service environment.
• Ability to clearly explain information and ask questions to understand needs.
• Strong problem-solving and information-organizing skills.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems such as Copilot and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations to clients.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Address client questions using available resources and guidance.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork.
