Job summary

This in-person role focuses on delivering empathetic, consultative service and identifying tax-saving opportunities within a supportive office environment. You will work with a team to deliver quality service, handle IRS notices when needed, and participate in ongoing training and development to grow your tax

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing and advisory experience in tax preparation.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Must stay compliant with IRS/state requirements and complete continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and implications.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive client-focused office environment.
