This position offers a competitive hourly rate and an incentive plan based on impact as you build tax expertise and serve clients. A minimum of 1 year of experience and completion of required IRS/state qualifications is expected.

Formación

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Enrollment.
• Minimum 1 year of tax prep or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain tax concepts clearly.
• Continued education and IRS/state requirements must be met.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive client-focused office
