You will build lasting client relationships, provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed, and collaborate with your office team to maintain a client-focused, compliant tax service environment.

Qualifications

• Complete H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• At least 1 year tax prep/related experience
• Strong communication; explain taxes clearly
• Must meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients (individuals and businesses)
• Conduct client interviews to understand finances and tax implications
• Provide tax savings opportunities and guidance on H&R Block products
• Provide IRS support, notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment
