Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations, including individual and business returns.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications, then provide clear recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships with empathetic, consultative service and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
