H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare complete and accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations. You will interview clients to understand their finances and provide personalized recommendations, while identifying potential tax savings opportunities.

You will support clients with IRS notices and audit guidance as needed, collaborating with team members to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.

Qualifications

• Must complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
