Qualifications

• 1 year of tax preparation or related experience, including individual and business returns
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role

• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements; high school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications, then provide recommendations
• Build trusted client relationships by delivering empathetic, consultative service and identifying tax savings opportunities
