H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax situations with confidence. You will prepare accurate returns, interview clients, and provide personalized recommendations while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles.
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS/state requirements and complete continuing education.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide personalised recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to a positive, client-focused office.
