Qualifications

• Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• 1+ year of experience in tax preparation or related fields including individual/business returns
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language
• Must complete continuing education and IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
