This in-person role is based in North Carolina at a local H&R Block tax office. Successful candidates will have tax prep experience and strong communication skills, with opportunities to grow in tax

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• 1+ year of tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience (including individual and business returns)
• Client-facing or advisory experience
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
