Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience presenting tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Must meet IRS/state education requirements and continue CE.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations, including individual and business returns
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications, then provide recommendations
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities and relevant products
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, client-focused office environment
