H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare accurate returns for clients with diverse tax situations, conduct client interviews, and identify savings opportunities using our training and technology.

This in-person role at a local H&R Block tax office offers competitive hourly pay, an incentive plan, and opportunities to grow in tax and financial services as you build your tax expertise and serve clients.

Formación

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields
• Experience in client-facing, consultative roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must meet IRS and state continuing education requirements
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations, including individual and business returns
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities
• Provide IRS support, audit guidance, and tax notice assistance as needed
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment
