Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• High school diploma or GED / equivalent required
• CPA or EA credential is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications
• Provide tax savings opportunities and relevant H&R Block products
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team and maintain a positive client-focused office environment
