Qualifications

Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
Experience in client-facing, consultative roles and explaining tax concepts.
Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements and have a HS diploma.

Responsibilities

Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand tax situations and offer recommendations.
