You will conduct client interviews to understand financial life changes, explain tax concepts clearly, and deliver empathetic, consultative service while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 1+ year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication to explain tax concepts.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
