Qualifications

• Completed H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
• 1+ year tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping including individual and business returns
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles
• Strong verbal and written communication; can explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED is required
