You will deliver high-quality service, leverage advanced training and technology, and work in a supportive, client-focused office environment.

The role emphasizes in-person client interaction, IRS guidance, and collaboration with colleagues to ensure accuracy and excellent client experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including individual and business returns
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language
• Must meet IRS and state continuing education requirements and maintain licensure as applicable

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct client interviews to assess financial situations and tax implications
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities
• Offer IRS support, tax notices, and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive client-focused office environment
