You will prepare complete returns, interview clients to understand finances, and offer personalized recommendations. You will deliver empathetic, consultative service, identify savings opportunities, and support clients through tax notices and audits as needed.

Qualificações

• Must have completed the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative or advisory roles.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations (individual and business).
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications and provide clear recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities and relevant H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, client-focused office environment.
