You will help identify savings opportunities while supporting IRS-related matters and building trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation experience for individuals and small businesses.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and promote H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS notice support and audit guidance as needed.
