Qualifications

Experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.

Responsibilities

Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities and relevant H&R Block products.
Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
