Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an experienced seasonal tax professional to prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses while conducting in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and implications. You will deliver personalized recommendations, build strong client relationships, and identify tax savings opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications; provide personalized recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities and relevant H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, client-focused office environment.
