Training and leading-edge technology support your development as you build client relationships and advisory skills. You will provide IRS support, work with the team, and contribute to a positive, client-focused atmosphere while following IRS/state requirements and completing necessary CE credits.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• At least 1 year of tax preparation or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong communication and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
