Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Must meet IRS/state requirements and have a high school diploma
• Bachelor’s degree and/or CPA/EA credentials are preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with complex situations
• Conduct client interviews to assess financial situations and tax implications
• Provide tax savings opportunities and product recommendations
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed
