You will interview clients, identify tax savings opportunities, and provide IRS support while building lasting relationships, supported by extensive training and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or enrollment in related program.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing, advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations and implications.
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
