You will work with a supportive team, receive comprehensive training, and participate in an incentive program that rewards impact and client service during the tax season.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses with complex situations.
• Conduct client interviews to assess financials and tax implications, providing personalized recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and promote relevant H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with the office team to maintain a positive, client-focused environment.
