The role emphasizes in-person, client-facing service with ongoing training, a competitive hourly rate, and an incentive plan. Prior IRS/state requirements and CE completion are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of tax/finance/related experience, including individual and business returns
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet IRS/state requirements and complete CE

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations
• Conduct client interviews to understand finances and tax implications
• Provide tax savings opportunities and recommend H&R Block products
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed
