Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
• Experience in a client facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain tax concepts to clients
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field (preferred)
• CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) or IRS Circular 230 credentials (preferred)
• Experience completing complex returns, tax planning, or audit support (preferred)
• Familiarity with GoSystem or Ultratax (preferred)
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) (preferred)
• Experience in consultative/advisory client relationships (preferred)
