Qualifications

• Completed the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
• Must meet continuing education requirements and IRS/state requirements; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications.
• Provide clear, personalized tax savings recommendations and cross-sell relevant products.
• Offer IRS support, notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
