H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax situations with confidence. You will prepare accurate returns and build lasting client relationships, supported by industry-leading training and technology.

In this in-person role, you will conduct client interviews, identify tax savings opportunities, provide IRS support, and collaborate with a team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience
• Experience in a client facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain tax concepts to clients
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications
• Provide tax savings recommendations and promote HR Block products
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment
