Qualifikationen

• The candidate has completed the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation/related experience.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts to clients.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements; high school diploma or GED.
