You'll receive industry-leading training and use advanced technology, with a competitive hourly rate and an incentive plan based on impact. You will conduct client interviews, handle individual and business returns, discuss tax implications, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Must pass the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• At least 1 year of tax prep or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing, advisory roles.
• Must meet IRS and state continuing education requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial changes and tax implications.
• Build trusted client relationships by delivering empathetic, consultative service and identifying tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance to clients as needed.
• Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive, client-focused office environment.
