You will work in-person at a local H&R Block tax office, collaborating with teammates to deliver high-quality tax services and build lasting client relationships while meeting performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles
• Ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients
• Compliance with continuing education and IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities
