Work in-person at a local H&R Block tax office, collaborating with a team and leveraging training and technology to support clients throughout the filing season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ year tax preparation or related experience preferred.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations.
• Provide recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed.
