Qualifications

Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
1+ year of tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience.
Experience in a client facing, consultative, or advisory role.
Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain tax concepts clearly.
Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent.
