Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support, including audit representation where applicable
• Mentor and support teammates

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to assess tax needs using in-person or virtual tools
• Prepare and file accurate individual (and related) tax returns
• Identify opportunities to expand client services and retain clients
• Support clients through IRS notices and audit processes as needed
• Mentor colleagues to improve service delivery
