Job summary

H&R Block is seeking seasonal Tax Professionals to assist clients with diverse tax needs and provide advanced tax training and support from a team of experts. The role focuses on interviewing clients, preparing returns, growing the client base, and offering additional services with IRS guidance.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, CPA or EA certification, and experience with complex returns.

Qualifications

Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
Provide clients with IRS support, including audit representations per certification levels.
Mentor and support teammates.
Must complete continuing education requirements and meet IRS/state requirements.
High school diploma / equivalent or higher.
