You will conduct tax interviews (in person and virtual), prepare complete returns, and help clients with tax planning and audit support, while mentoring teammates and growing the office’s client base during the busy season.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
