Qualifications

• Must have completed the HR Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of tax prep or related experience including individual and business returns
• Experience in a client-facing or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications
• Provide personalized recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance
