You will interviews clients to understand financials, provide personalized recommendations, and identify tax savings opportunities while using leading training and technology. Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping, including preparing individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to explain tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses with complex tax situations.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial situations and provide personalized recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and promote H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive client-focused office environment.
