H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax situations with confidence. You will prepare accurate returns, interview clients, and uncover savings opportunities with our training and technology, backed by competitive hourly pay and an incentive plan.

This role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office. Prepare complete, accurate tax returns, conduct client interviews, and build trusted relationships while delivering tax

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide tax planning opportunities and recommend H&R Block products.
• Offer IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
