H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax matters. You’ll prepare accurate returns, interview clients to uncover financial details, and offer personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• At least 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing, advisory roles and explaining tax concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations and tax implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive office environment.
